YMCA Child Watch Caregiver

As a Child Watch Caregiver, you will provide care for infants to 10 year olds in a drop-in childcare environment. This job is located at the Main YMCA at 1608 North Washington Street in Bismarck.

Child Watch employees may bring up to 3 of their own children to work with them!

In this role, you can look forward to:

• Being a role model
• Assuring that children receive safe playtime, snacks, learning activities, diaper changing, and bathroom breaks
• Using appropriate disciplinary methods
• Observing children and communicating appropriately with parents
• Helping maintain a clean, safe environment by assuring that cleaning duties are completed
• Attending and be an active participant at staff meetings

• Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
• Saturday, 8:00 am-Noon
