As a Swim Instructor at our YMCA, you'll have the opportunity to help students of all ages learn to swim in a fun and safe environment.

In this role, you can look forward to:

• Delivering high-quality, safe swimming lessons that ensure every moment in the water counts toward our students' learning and water exploration.
• Implementing the YMCA Swim Lessons curriculum to make a positive impact on our students' lives by teaching and modeling water skills and water safety.
• Collaborating with our Lifeguards to set up the pool area for lessons and help maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Keeping student records, following the guidance of the Aquatics Director.
• Following a well-structured lesson plan for each session.

Part Time Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 am-11:00 am, 5:00 pm-6:30 pm
• Wednesday-Friday: Noon-1:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am-11:30 am

Group Swim Lesson Sessions and Private Swim Lessons Available

Private Swim Lesson Instructors set their own schedule and earn $25 per hour for Private Swim Lessons!
