Yoga and Reformer Pilates Studio Manager
1. Studio Operations
- Oversee daily studio activities (class schedules, bookings, cleanliness)
- Ensure equipment (especially reformer machines) is safe and well-maintained
- Manage opening/closing procedures
2. Client Experience
- Create a welcoming and professional environment
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Build strong relationships with regular clients
- Ensure classes meet quality and safety standards
4. Sales & Business Development
- Drive membership sales and class package purchases
- Promote new programs, workshops, or events
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and studio profitability
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns (social media, promotions)
5. Marketing & Community Building
- Grow the studio’s presence (Instagram, partnerships, events)
- Organize workshops, wellness events, or challenges
- Build a loyal fitness community
6. Administration
- Manage booking systems and client databases
- Track attendance, memberships, and renewals
- Prepare reports for business performance
