As a Youth Development Center Teaching Assistant, you will nurture and educate children ages 0-5 in our licensed childcare and preschool center environment.

In this role, you can look forward to:

1. Being a Role Model: You'll inspire and guide young minds as a positive role model, setting the foundation for their future.

2. Curriculum Facilitation: Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans written by the classroom Teacher to support early childhood development.

3. Child Safety: Prioritizing the safety and security of our children by diligently following safety procedures.

4. Parent Communication: Fostering positive relationships and open communication with parents by providing updates and answering questions.

5. Organized Environment: Help to provide a clean, organized classroom and equipment to create a quality learning environment.

6. Crisis Response: Being prepared to handle unexpected situations and emergencies promptly and effectively.

7. Team Player: Actively participating in staff meetings, contributing your valuable insights and ideas.

Shifts Available, Monday-Friday:

  • 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • 8:00 am-3:00 pm
  • 10:30 am-6:00 pm
