Zoho CRM Intern
- System Configuration: Assist in setting up Zoho CRM modules, custom layouts, fields, and validation rules based on client requirements.
<\/span><\/li>- Workflow Automation: Help design and implement automation tools such as Blueprints, Workflows, and Schedules to reduce manual data entry.
<\/span><\/li>- Data Migration: Use Excel and migration tools to clean, map, and import data from legacy systems into Zoho.
<\/span><\/li>- Low\-Code Development: Learn and apply basic Deluge scripting (Zoho\u2019s language) to create custom functions and integrations.
<\/span><\/li>- Requirement Gathering: Attend discovery meetings with customers to document business processes and pain points.
<\/span><\/li>- Testing & QA: Perform "User Acceptance Testing" (UAT) to ensure the configured system works as intended before the client goes live.
<\/span><\/li>- Training & Support: Help create user manuals, record walkthrough videos, and provide basic technical support to end\-users.<\/span>

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho is a plus).
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with system configuration and workflow automation.
<\/span><\/li>- Good Excel skills for data cleaning and migration.
<\/span><\/li>- Interest in low\-code tools and Deluge scripting.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to gather requirements and document processes.
