This is a remote position.
The position is for someone with clear and demonstrable experience in Zoho One. The right individual will have experience as an Organization Administrator. The right individual will provide expert guidance best practices and consultative guidance on enhancing the company functions.

Reliable internet connection Reliable and distraction-free work environment Travel twice a year for team retreats (one international) 3+ years Operations / Virtual Assistant / Administrative / Executive Assistant experience Fluency with Zoho Sheets / Excel (comfort with learning new advanced spreadsheet skills) Experience Zoho Click or other messaging platform Comfortable with systems and online technology / social media Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English Strong interpersonal skills Organizational skills, and the ability to time-block, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

- Support the overall operational success of the organization by supporting our team and members’ needs
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to evaluate and improve the efficiency of our systems and workflows
- Assist with operational tasks related to live launch events (4-5 times per year)
- Send program evaluation surveys to members and report on results
- Upload audio/video files and content to membership site
- Maintain our member database and assist with members on-boarding and off-boarding
- Maintain program and team calendars
- Take notes during meetings and post share with the team
- Create and schedule emails to members and alumni
- Mention the code word “Results Driven Success” in the last application question
- Create and maintain company SOPs and create training materials as needed
- Schedule posts in multiple Facebook groups
- Manage database of member testimonials and other company assets
- Create basic graphics according to brand guidelines in Canvas
- Attend company workshops and live events (virtually) as well as bi-annual team retreats
- Manage tasks and projects as they arise - rolling up your sleeves to get it done
- Proofread and edit copy for accuracy and incorporation of program changes
- Create and update automations
- Respond to member and team inquiries in the Support email inbox
- Troubleshoot issues that arise with curiosity, calm and collaboration
- Other tasks to support the Operations Team
