Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>\n \n - Customize <\/span>Zoho Projects<\/span><\/b> modules based on organizational needs<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Design and implement <\/span>project workflows, task automation and blueprints<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>\n - Configure <\/span>custom fields, layouts, task dependencies and milestones<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>\n - Integrate Zoho Projects with other Zoho apps (CRM, Books etc.)
<\/span><\/li>\n - Set up <\/span>user roles, permissions and access control<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>\n - Create dashboards, reports and performance tracking systems<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Optimize UI/UX for better usability and team productivity<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Technical Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>\n \n - Strong experience in <\/span>Zoho Projects customization & administration<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>\n - Working knowledge of <\/span>Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Desk)<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>\n - Hands\-on experience with <\/span>Deluge scripting<\/span><\/b> (preferred)<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Understanding of <\/span>workflow automation & business process mapping<\/span><\/b>
<\/li>\n - API integration knowledge is an added advantage<\/span>
