Zonal Manager
Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>Zonal Operations Management
<\/h4>- Oversee overall operations and performance of all centers/projects within the assigned zone.
<\/li> - Ensure successful implementation of skilling, education, digital literacy, and livelihood programs.
<\/li> - Monitor operational KPIs, center productivity, training quality, and compliance standards.
<\/li> - Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across regions.
<\/li><\/ul>Leadership & Team Management
<\/h4>- Lead Regional Managers, State Heads, Operations Teams, Placement Teams, and support staff.
<\/li> - Ensure proper manpower planning, recruitment support, and succession planning.
<\/li> - Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor regional leadership teams.
<\/li> - Build a high\-performance and accountable work culture.
<\/li><\/ul>Client & Stakeholder Management
<\/h4>- Maintain strong relationships with CSR partners, government departments, corporates, and funding agencies.
<\/li> - Represent the organization in strategic meetings and review discussions.
<\/li> - Handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
<\/li><\/ul>Placement & Program Delivery
<\/h4>- Monitor candidate mobilization, training delivery, certification, placements, and retention metrics.
<\/li> - Ensure achievement of zonal targets related to enrollments, placements, and project outcomes.
<\/li> - Strengthen employer partnerships and industry engagement initiatives.
<\/li><\/ul>Financial & Compliance Management
<\/h4>- Monitor zonal budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
<\/li> - Ensure adherence to organizational policies, audit requirements, and project compliance standards.
<\/li> - Review MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics regularly.
<\/li><\/ul>Strategic Planning & Growth
<\/h4>- Support expansion plans and new project implementations within the zone.
<\/li> - Identify opportunities for operational enhancement and regional growth.
<\/li> - Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and process optimization.

<\/h3>- 10\u201315 years of experience in operations, skilling, CSR, education, livelihood, or training management.
<\/li> - Experience in managing large\-scale, multi\-state operations preferred.
<\/li> - Prior experience in handling government or CSR\-funded projects will be an advantage.
