Zonal Marketing Manager

Location: Bengaluru,Karnataka,India

About the role: He/she will be responsible for overall marketing strategy of offline programs, targeting prospect students and parents for a particular region.

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

· Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote NEET, JEE and PNCF classroom programs.

· Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach and engage them effectively.

· Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

2. Lead Generation and Enrollment Targets:

· Set and achieve lead generation and enrollment targets for each program.

· Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and offline activities, to generate leads.

· Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to meet enrollment goals.

3. Brand Management and Promotion:

Develop and execute brand promotion plans, ensure brand consistency, and maintain brand reputation within the zone.

4. Channel Management and Partnerships:

· Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant partners to promote our programs.

· Plan and execute events, webinars, and seminars to promote classroom programs.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and enrollment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
