0731 - Customer Service Officer (Shift role)

Role:
Customer Support Officer (Morning / Night Shift)

• Singapore Based (Kaki Bukit)

• Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week or
  Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week (Night shift allowances $10 per night shift)

• On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm).

• $2200 - $2500 based on experience

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent + Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.

• Must be willing to work on shift schedules

Job Description

• Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities

• Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling

• Answer and record all incoming requisition from customer

• Disseminate work requests to operation teams

• Updating of work orders and schedules

• Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request

• Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition

• Data entry of records

• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
