1 Year General Admin & Receptionist | FMCG | Up to $3300 #NKA

Location: Bugis

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $3300 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage incoming calls, and support meeting room arrangements.
  • Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and shipment requests.
  • Maintain the reception area, office supplies, pantry inventory, and general office administration.
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, data entry, and records management.
  • Support procurement activities, including PO/PR processing, invoice tracking, and expense administration.
  • Assist with office facilities operations, vendor coordination, maintenance works, and workplace requests.
  • Support office setup, onboarding arrangements, and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative roles.
