• Prior experience in loyalty marketing/credit card marketing/events works/sales support work required.
• VI Limo portal checks (e.g. spending in the last calendar month, CVP entitlement utilization and CPortal verification)
• Benefits booking fulfilment (e.g. gym access, upcoming padel and pickleball bookings)
• World Mastercard limo request checks (based on spending in the last quarter)
• Handling RM/CSO enquiries
• World Mastercard golf tournament participation checks and responses
• Priority Pass checks and issuance for generic VI ad private clients
• Birthday fulfilment for top spenders
• Metal card onboarding fulfilment
• World Mastercard monthly 10X communications (EDM and Facebook)
• Invoice checks, processing and tracking (e.g. limo services X 2, Priority Pass)
