Bank Officer (Credit Card β Marketing & Service Support)

ποΈ Duration: 12-month contract
π° Salary: S$3,000 β S$4,000
π Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am β 6.15pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Premium Benefits & Lifestyle Fulfilment
- Perform VI Limo portal checks (monthly spend validation, CVP entitlement usage, CPortal verification)
- Manage Priority Pass issuance and eligibility checks for VI and Private Banking clients
- Handle World Mastercard limo request eligibility (based on quarterly spend criteria)
- Coordinate World Mastercard golf tournament participation checks and responses
- Support lifestyle bookings (gym access, padel, pickleball and related benefits)
- Execute birthday fulfilment for top-spending clients
2. Card Operations & Onboarding Support
- Support metal card onboarding fulfilment
- Handle RM (Relationship Manager) and CSO enquiries
- Ensure accurate processing of client entitlement and service requests
3. Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support monthly World Mastercard β10Xβ campaign communications
- Assist with EDM creation/distribution and Facebook campaign updates
4. Administration & Billing Control
- Perform invoice verification, processing, and tracking (e.g. limo services, Priority Pass billing)
- Ensure accuracy in entitlement usage records and service fulfilment logs
