12 Months Contract HR Executive $3.5K (EAA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in arranging and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle HR administrative and coordination duties.
- Provide general HR support to the team.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Issue staff passes, employment passes, and other onboarding documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records in the HR system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling confidential information.
