12 Months Contract HR Executive $3.5K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in arranging and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handle HR administrative and coordination duties.
  • Provide general HR support to the team.
  • Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Issue staff passes, employment passes, and other onboarding documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain employee records in the HR system.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling confidential information.
