The role is responsible for timely collection, validation, and reporting of FTE and revenue-related data across client processes. The position will ensure consistency and accuracy of client-level and process-level data, support financial/revenue tracking, and monitor embedding of digital solutions across business units. This role acts as a key liaison between Operations, FP&A, and senior management to enable informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTimely Data Collection & ConsistencyCollect and maintain process-wise FTE data on a monthly basis.Ensure consistency of data at Client-Geo and Process levels.Prepare timely reports and dashboards for senior management review and strategy support.Revenue TrackingMaintain visibility of ERP - level data across processes.Coordinate with Operations and FP&A teams for monthly forecast and actual revenue realization for Data & AI led PIDs.Ensure streamlined and accurate reporting of revenue.Tracking Digital Solutions & EmbeddingCollect and update digital solution deployment status across business unit.Track and report embedding of FTEs across relevant processes.Ensure monthly engagement with respective teams for accurate and updated status reporting.
