Assistant Manager

- Support end-to-end strategic sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
- Conduct market intelligence, pricing analysis, and cost benchmarking to support sourcing decisions
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and demand optimization initiatives
- Assist in supplier selection by preparing comparison models, scorecards, and recommendations
- Support contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking
- Collaborate with Legal and stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with business and risk requirements
- Track supplier performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs and support governance reviews
- Maintain sourcing documentation, savings trackers, and sourcing playbooks
- Support supplier onboarding and risk assessments (financial, operational, compliance)
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports for leadership reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- 6–9 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing models, benchmarking, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sourcing or spend analytics tools is a plus
- Understanding of contract structures, commercial terms, and sourcing best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
