Responsibilities

  • Manage account book/daily accounts activities
  • Contact suppliers/shops for data collection and coordination
  • Maintain purchase records
  • Bills/Financial documents filing.
  • Assist in other HR and admin functions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Experience in Marine- Service/repair companies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working days: 5 days
