Account Department

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full sets of accounts (Excluding AR)

- Prepare and submit GST return quarterly

- Prepare monthly/ quarterly financial reports and accounts schedules

- Maintaining accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliation

- Liaise with external auditors to coordinate the company’s financial year end audit

- Process staff reimbursements

- Maintain good documentation and filing system

- Liaise with bankers when necessary

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words

- Meticulous and detailed individual with analytical skills

- Possess positive attitude and ability to work with others

- Independent individual

- Good organization, time management and communication skills

- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin

Additional Information:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Accounting

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
