The team waiting for you:

We are looking for a commercial-first Account Management Team Lead to guide and scale a team responsible for our most strategic global accounts. We need a leader who deeply understands how to map enterprise accounts, reverse-engineer churn risks, and hunt for expansion opportunities within existing infrastructure portfolios. You will report directly to the commercial leadership team, driving operational excellence while actively mentoring your team into elite commercial strategists.

Your skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management with explicit, metric-backed ownership over retention and expansion revenue.
  • Demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and managing the performance of account managers or commercial reps, with a strong commitment to a feedback culture.
  • Strong organizational skills with direct experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal cycles. High familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Ability to navigate difficult executive-level client conversations calmly, manage internal stakeholders, and align diverse teams under pressure.
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience in SaaS / infrastructure / data / AI industr.y
  • Technical understanding of APIs, scraping, proxies, or enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience with strategic QBRs and account planning.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow optimisation.
