Account Manager I
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager I to act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management. In this role, you will serve as the Account lead with clients, internal teams and BU heads while supporting account plans and strategies for delivery, growth and client satisfaction. You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management Act as the Account lead with clients, internal teams and BU heads Collaborate with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth and client satisfaction Coordinate with project and program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities and responding to RFPs Create proposals and presentations to engage clients and prospective clients Establish relationships with clients and prospective clients to help close and sign new deals Requirements 4 years of employment experience as an Account Manager, HR Manager, Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager/Lead Software Engineer, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Sales Executive, CTO, Department Director/Head of Department, Product Manager, Business Analyst or closely related occupation Background in software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods, including Agile, in all phases of work Expertise in distributed enterprise applications to support account planning and strategy Proficiency in at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI to provide insights on business benefits to clients Skills in at least one of the following project management software/tool: Jira or Kanban for workflow and project management Understanding of business intelligence concepts, including e-commerce and risk management Competency in at least one of the following CRM tools: Salesforce or MS Dynamics to develop business strategies that achieve client business goals
