Job Summary

We seek an experienced Accountant to manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance, supporting regional financial management and group consolidation under the Group CFO and Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes
• Perform group consolidation and prepare accurate financial reports for regional operations
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital
• Review payables and receivables to maintain accurate accounting records and support treasury functions
• Coordinate corporate tax compliance and reporting to meet regulatory requirements
• Support budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and forecasting future performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver financial insights
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance financial management capabilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a regional or multinational business environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate financial information effectively
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with team leadership and managing multiple financial responsibilities simultaneously
