Job Summary
Support daily sales operations and office administration by managing accounts receivable and payable, processing sales orders and invoices accurately, overseeing inventory and vendor procurement.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate financial transactions and timely payments
- Process and verify sales orders and invoices to maintain accuracy and support timely delivery
- Provide daily operational support to sales teams to facilitate smooth business processes
- Perform assigned administrative and accounting tasks to support business functions
- Provide administrative support to management to enhance operational efficiency
- Execute ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
