Job Summary

Support daily sales operations and office administration by managing accounts receivable and payable, processing sales orders and invoices accurately, overseeing inventory and vendor procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate financial transactions and timely payments
  • Process and verify sales orders and invoices to maintain accuracy and support timely delivery
  • Provide daily operational support to sales teams to facilitate smooth business processes
  • Perform assigned administrative and accounting tasks to support business functions
  • Provide administrative support to management to enhance operational efficiency
  • Execute ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
