Accounts Analysis Clerk
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations by balancing and analyzing assigned accounts, investigating discrepancies, and verifying transactions
- Accurately record and maintain financial data, including daily cash receipts, expenses, and journal entries in the accounting system
- Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and support the drafting of periodic financial and management reports
- Gather and organize required documentation for internal and external audits and respond to audit queries
- Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and employee expense claims processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Support other finance and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
