Job Summary

Support accounting and administrative functions by managing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and providing customer service and sales team support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Apply bookkeeping knowledge to maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing full sets of accounts
  • Manage partial accounts including accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
  • Process creditor and debtor payments accurately and efficiently
  • Perform various administrative duties to support daily business operations
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate sales processes and documentation
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and customer queries to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coordinate customer support activities including delivery scheduling, invoicing, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO)

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or LCCI qualification in Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Positive attitude with initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster good working relationships
