ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Management Accounts

· Reports to the Finance Manager

· Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, account reconciliation etc.)

· Responsible for bank reconciliation & bank account opening, LC, TR etc.

· Assists the Senior to support intercompany activities

· Provide timely and accurate report of AP / AR

· Provide support and assist in internal & external audits

· Ensure compliance to accounting SOP

Controls

· Preparing company cash flow report

· Monitor Company fixed deposit report

· Prepare AP/AR ageing report

Others

· Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

· Assist in preparation of PJC reports
