ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Handle partial sets of accounts for multiple entities
- Prepare journal entries and posting
- Responsible for AR & AP function
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Provide day to day assistance and administrative support to the Finance Department
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / GCE 'O' / GCE 'N'level
- Proficient in MS Office and internet savvy
- Responsible, motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
