Summary of Responsibilities: The Accounts Clerk II is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, payment and assist with Accounts-related duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare & file all Stevedores payrolls
- Distribute Stevedores pay slips
- Reconcile Stevedore Social Security
- Prepare Stevedore Bank and Retirement Reconciliation
- Assist in weekly payroll preparation
- Prepare low berth invoices weekly
- Provide weekly statement to low berth vendors
- Apply Low berth payments
- Accounts Payable- Send Vendor receipts
- File Accounts Payable vouchers.
- Assist with cashier duties
- Assist with Stationery control
- Assist with cargo billing – small vessel
- Any other duties of a related nature as per departmental needs.
