Job Title: Accounts Clerk II

Supervisor: Accountant

Functional Relationship: Chief Financial Officer

Summary of Responsibilities: The Accounts Clerk II is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, payment and assist with Accounts-related duties.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & file all Stevedores payrolls
  • Distribute Stevedores pay slips
  • Reconcile Stevedore Social Security
  • Prepare Stevedore Bank and Retirement Reconciliation
  • Assist in weekly payroll preparation
  • Prepare low berth invoices weekly
  • Provide weekly statement to low berth vendors
  • Apply Low berth payments
  • Accounts Payable- Send Vendor receipts
  • File Accounts Payable vouchers.
  • Assist with cashier duties
  • Assist with Stationery control
  • Assist with cargo billing – small vessel
  • Any other duties of a related nature as per departmental needs.
