As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Singapore office.
Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will support daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team and regional offices while gaining hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and administration using AutoCount Accounting Software.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure proper approval procedures.
- Prepare payment schedules and monitor due dates.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Generate customer invoices and statements.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Reconcile customer payments and account balances.
General Accounting
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries using AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Support preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Assist with GST reporting and tax-related documentation.
- Support external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with regional offices in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam on finance-related matters.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCount Accounting Software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore GST regulations is preferred.
- Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English; Korean language skills will be an added advantage.
