Job responsibilities
- Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements
- Handle all incoming inquiries through phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins for all products promptly and efficiently
- Promote products, greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
- Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
- Coordinate projects with internal operation teams and manage projects to completion
Job requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Indoor Sales/Sales Account Management/Sales
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Possess strong problem- solving skills in devising solutions to meet customer requirements
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
- Demonstrate high accuracy in work and strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently and collectively as part of the sales team
