Job responsibilities

  • Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements
  • Handle all incoming inquiries through phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins for all products promptly and efficiently
  • Promote products, greet and assist customers in the showroom
  • Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
  • Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
  • Coordinate projects with internal operation teams and manage projects to completion

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Indoor Sales/Sales Account Management/Sales
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Possess strong problem- solving skills in devising solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
  • Demonstrate high accuracy in work and strong attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and collectively as part of the sales team
