Job Description

AA International is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our training school. The role involves managing course administration, trainee coordination, and general office duties to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle course administration, including trainee registration and enrolment

  • Prepare training documents such as attendance sheets, SOAs, certificates, and course materials

  • Coordinate training schedules, classrooms, trainers, and venues

  • Communicate with trainees, trainers, and corporate clients via email and phone

  • Manage invoices, quotations, confirmations, and basic billing matters

  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits

  • Update course schedules and trainee data in internal systems

  • Provide general administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a training or education environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping skills
