Answer customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries

Schedule air-conditioning servicing, repairs, and installation appointments

Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents

Follow up on customer orders and service progress

Perform data entry and general administrative duties

Assist with daily office operations

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good communication and customer service skills

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Previous experience in customer service or administration is an advantage

Able to communicate in English and Chinese

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

Working hours to be discussed

Location: Singapore

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
