Admin Assistant / Admin Executive / 5.5 work week / Kaki Bukit

Work location: Kaki Bukit / 5.5 work week (Half Day WFH) | Office hours: 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office administrative works, such as filing
  • Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records.
  • In charge of posting mails or documents via Citylink Express.
  • Liaise with internal departments, answering calls
  • Execute all sales & marketing promotional activities set by company in Singapore/Malaysia.
  • Monitor and keep track of renewal, new and termination lease contract if required
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • At least Diploma in Business Studies / Administrative / Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates who possess MC/CUC registration process is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skill.
  • Well organized and have a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
