Admin Assistant / Admin Executive / 5.5 work week / Kaki Bukit
Work location: Kaki Bukit / 5.5 work week (Half Day WFH) | Office hours: 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle office administrative works, such as filing
- Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records.
- In charge of posting mails or documents via Citylink Express.
- Liaise with internal departments, answering calls
- Execute all sales & marketing promotional activities set by company in Singapore/Malaysia.
- Monitor and keep track of renewal, new and termination lease contract if required
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least Diploma in Business Studies / Administrative / Management or equivalent.
- Candidates who possess MC/CUC registration process is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skill.
- Well organized and have a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
- Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
