Administrative Assistant (5-Day Work Week)
Location: Bedok, Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties and office support
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other documents
- Maintain proper filing and records management
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Schedule appointments and work arrangements
- Assist with data entry and report preparation
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
