Administrative Assistant (5-Day Work Week)

Location: Bedok, Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties and office support
  • Attend to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other documents
  • Maintain proper filing and records management
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Schedule appointments and work arrangements
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates
