Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Basic receptionist responsibilities
  • Handle customers' enquiries
  • Receive children attending classes
  • Handover children to the parents
  • Receive payment for classes
  • Handle accounts like updating of payment records
  • Sanitizing equipment
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • ITE or Diploma holder in any related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fun and energetic personality
  • Likes children
  • Good communication skills with a good command of English
  • Good remuneration and training will be provided to the right candidates
