Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and simple processing duties
  • Handling office supplies, uniform & pantry stocks upkeep
  • Office upkeep
  • Dormitory upkeeping
  • Company vehicles upkeep
  • Assist in Company Events
  • Coordinating visitor access, reception duties,and entry authorizations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE "O" Level
  • 1 - 2 years experience
  • Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferably available to start work on short notice.
  • 5-day work week
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station
