Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic customer support.
  • Handle packaging, shipping, and courier arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and support general office upkeep.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Assist with document preparation and record management.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and coordination.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Must be able to speak/read/write Mandarin
