Admin Assistant

Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Location: Singapore East

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative duties and office operations.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other documents.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
  • Data entry and updating of company records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask.
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
