Admin Assistant
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Location: Singapore East
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative duties and office operations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Data entry and updating of company records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask.
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
