Admin Cum Purchasing

Salary: $2,200 – $3,500 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: East Area, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office support duties.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE β€˜O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in administration and purchasing will be an advantage.
