Admin Cum Purchasing
Salary: $2,200 β $3,500 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: East Area, Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and office support duties.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE βOβ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in administration and purchasing will be an advantage.
