Responsibility
Purchase & Billing Management – Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately and on schedule.
Documentation Control – Maintain proper filing and record keeping of purchasing, billing, and related documents.
Supplier & Team Coordination – Work with vendors and internal teams to track orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
Payment Verification – Verify billing details, reconcile inconsistencies, and support payment processing activities.
Administrative Support – Provide assistance with data entry, reporting, and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.
Workflow Management – Handle enquiries and follow‑ups to maintain effective communication between operations and finance.
Requirement
- Minimum ITE education level in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience in operations
- Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
