Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Director.
- Manage office daily operations including document filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory control.
- Assist in processing simple financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itinerary for business trips when required.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and presentation slides.
- Support basic HR tasks such as leave tracking and maintaining employee attendance records.
Requirements &Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- A proactive team player with basicproblem-solving skills.
