Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage office daily operations including document filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory control.
  • Assist in processing simple financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursement claims.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itinerary for business trips when required.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and presentation slides.
  • Support basic HR tasks such as leave tracking and maintaining employee attendance records.

Requirements &Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • A proactive team player with basicproblem-solving skills.
