Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s daily administrative matters and duties, ensuring smooth office operation
- Manage and assist employees with their housing needs arrangement
- Assist with employee welfare activities
- Organise and manage company wide events
- Process all administrative related invoices
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in business administration, arts or similar discipline
- Experienced in administrative work processes and the procurement of office supplies
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactiveness and dedication in supporting office operations
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), ERP, etc.
