Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties for the automotive sales department

• Manage and process Denza vehicle stock orders and monitor inventory records

• Update and maintain vehicle inventory and related documentation

• Handle vehicle registration and ensure all required documentation is properly completed

• Coordinate and follow up on vehicle delivery processes

• Assist in processing car loan / hire purchase financing documentation

• Liaise with banks or financial institutions to follow up on loan approvals

• Calculate and prepare sales consultants’ commission reports

• Supervise and guide Admin Assistants to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently

• Maintain and update customer records and databases

• Prepare sales and inventory reports for management

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Provide support for projects and assignments as required by Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin

  • Able to work independently and multi-task

  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) may apply.

  • Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore

  • Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
