Admin Executive

Positioned as a partner for businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the company focuses on bridging the gap between complex regulatory requirements and modern technological operations.

Core Responsibilities:

Compliance Support: Tracking regulatory filing deadlines, managing the compliance calendar, and ensuring client documentation (expiry tracking) is up-to-date.

Operations Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the team, and client operations teams.

Calendar & Gatekeeping: Managing time to ensure "focus work" is protected, especially during high-stakes periods like audit season or when working on book project.

Client Management: Professional communication with high-net-worth prospects and coordinating secretarial, legal or advisory consults (e.g., following up on meetings).

Personal Leverage: Handling directors personal appointments, travel logistics (e.g.,flight, trips accommodation), and property management coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field; fresh graduates with strong potential welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
