Job Summary

Maintain accurate project records and assist with tender documentation while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed project records including timesheets, inventory, and correspondence to ensure accurate documentation
  • Prepare tender documents, presentations, and related materials to support project bids and client communications
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support project workflow
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with team members and external parties to foster positive relationships
  • Use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently to create and manage documents and presentations
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks to maintain high-quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the construction industry
