Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in inventory tracking and parts ordering when required
  • Assist in adhoc administrative duties ie. invoices, purchase orders etc
  • Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote services like maintenance packages, towing, or bike rentals
  • Design basic promotional materials
  • Track and report marketing performance - social media growth, ad engagement, customer inquiries, etc.
  • Respond to online messages, reviews, and comments professionally and promptly.
  • Support day-to-day operations - liaise with mechanics, suppliers, and riders when needed
