Admin

  • Prepares invoices, delivery orders, claims etc
  • Assist directors with admin needs
  • Must be able to use XERO software
  • Maintains files and all documents pertaining to projects
  • Handle phone calls or email enquiries
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties
  • Handles coordination with suppliers and clients
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn and good attitude
  • Independent worker and has good initiative
  • Background in landscape/construction industry is a bonus

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
