Operations and Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Data entries and simple accounting
  • Preparing sale invoices and delivery orders,purchase orders etc
  • Attend to phone calls
  • Ensure maintenance and servicing of office equipment
  • Assist with ad hoc duties/ task assigned by superior and colleagues
  • Plan and coordinate job schedule for service team
  • Doing quotation & purchase order for service job
  • Verification of data in system and documents

Job Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or Diploma
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Positive attitude with a flair for detailed work
  • Able to work independently as well as a team and communicate with all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills Excel, Word
  • Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
