We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Data entry, document filing, and record management
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Support daily office operations and general administration

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant experience is an advantage, training can be provided

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday / Saturday (adjust accordingly)
