Administration Executive (Education / Paya Lebar)
Location: Paya Lebar, South East region
Salary: $2,580 - $3,200
Contract: 3-6 months
Working hours: Mon-Fri, office hours

Key Responsibilities:
You will be involved in supporting programme administration across multiple training activities, including:
Training Materials & Resources
- Collate and submit printing requests for training materials required for classes
- Allocate training materials for classes and monitor stock levels
- Track inventory to ensure timely replenishment
Training Data & Reporting
- Collate and maintain training-related data (e.g. SFA training data, TRAQOM data)
- Ensure data accuracy using Microsoft Excel and related tools
Training Operations Support
- Support receiving and allocation of ingredients for training classes
- Monitor stock levels for beverage-related training sessions
Learner & Class Support
- Support ad-hoc trainees’ matters, including e‑attendance taking
- Provide general administrative support to ensure classes run smoothly
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in qualifications
- Possess 1-2 year of experience in administrative roles
- Relevant education or training in administration or operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured manner
