Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Training & Test Administration

  • Manage course registrations and candidate enrolment
  • Prepare documentation in compliance with BCA / regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems (AMS/TMS/LMS)
  • Generate candidate’s summary
  • Coordinate with trainers, salesperson and candidates for daily operations

2. Compliance & Documentation Control

  • Ensure all records are properly filed and audit-ready
  • Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols
  • Perform documentation checks to avoid errors and non-compliance

3. Operational Coordination

● Liaise with salesperson, trainers and operations team

Requirements

  • Diploma / O Level or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1–2 years administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable with digital systems and data management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
